Cowl neck, balloon sleeves, and matching belt.. SO MANY WAYS to wear this! add a leather knee boot, or pleather leggings and sneakers! belt is optional, but super cute tied in the back.. or on the hip.. (not the biggest fan of the bow right in the middle they did to her!)
